Had an amazing birthday celebration here and left very impressed by the level of quality and service we received from the team at Daniel. Restaurant design and ambiance are great for any occasion, and the dining options/portions were both satisfying and filling. Most of all, the attentive staff - especially our server Elliot - truly made this evening truly special. Will definitely be back- and encourage anyone considering to come in!

An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable—attentive, knowledgeable, warm, and perfectly timed without ever feeling intrusive. The staff made our celebration feel truly special, and every detail reflected the highest level of hospitality. One of the best fine dining experiences I’ve had in New York. I can’t wait to return.

We had an outstanding dinner here recently to celebrate a retirement as well as Mother's Day. There were four of us and we all enjoyed the tasting menu. The food was spectacular from start to finish. The ambience was warm and relaxing and the service was exceptional. We felt pampered; never rushed. A one-of-a-kind experience!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Daniel. It is not just the food, but the entire welcoming experience. I am extremely value conscious about wine (I actually have a wine blog where I talk about this), and the sommelier arranged for us to have shared glasses of wine for each course, having us taste them first. In other visits, the wine service was always wonderful, but this was a true standout. It is unusual for a restaurant of this caliber to have such a vast array of price points for wine. Hats of to them for this. We had a tour of the kitchen afterwards which was certainly a treat. I look forward to my next visit there.

I had such a wonderful evening at Daniel. Javier took excellent care of us. The sommelier was excellent. Her guidance and recommendations made for some fantastic wine pairings. Each food course was not only beautiful but flavorful. We will definitely return the next time we are in the city.
